Do you handle payments to factories?

Your choice. Most clients pay their factory directly. But when international card charges and FX rates make that expensive, you can settle through us instead — we will tell you which route comes out cheaper for each order. Either way, the only invoice you receive from Lumenix itself is our commission, issued when a purchase order is placed.

What products do you source?

Consumer goods across categories — from watches and camera gear to auto accessories, maternity products and lab-grown gemstones. If a Chinese factory makes it, we can find and vet the maker.

Question 3

How does the HKD 20,000 deposit work?

Accepted Answer

It is paid on signing the sourcing agreement and held as prepaid commission credit. It is non-refundable, but every dollar of it offsets against your commissions until exhausted. It is never applied to goods or freight.

Question 4

Can you ship to Amazon FBA or my 3PL?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate domestic China freight to your 3PL or port and support international freight booking. Goods can be handed off FBA-ready. Freight, fulfilment, customs and duties pass through at cost.

Question 5

How do you vet factories?

Accepted Answer

We verify the company is an actual manufacturer rather than a trading company, check business registration and history, screen production capability, and coordinate samples before any purchase order is placed.

Question 6

Is there a minimum order?

MOQs are set by each factory, and we negotiate tiered pricing — typically quoted at 50, 100 and 500 units. On our side the only minimum is a RMB 500 commission per purchase order, so small trial orders are welcome.
